I hadn't noticed that! However the registration one seems to be correct. Cito non Temere - for Swiftly/Quickly, not rashly. A Latin Proverb. I have only ever seen rashly written as " temere" but I am not exactly fluent, is " tempere" a more modern variant of the spelling?
